Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Version 1.0
By using HiMi (himipath.com) you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose, so please read them.
The short version
- HiMi is a tool for self-understanding. It is not fortune-telling and not professional advice.
- You need to be 16 or over to have an account. Parents create profiles for children under 16.
- BaZi, numerology and astrology readings are free. Ask Mi has a monthly limit.
- Your life is your call. HiMi offers ideas to reflect on.
1. What HiMi is
HiMi puts BaZi, numerology and Western astrology side by side so you can see yourself from several angles, then suggests a few small actions you can take. Ask Mi is an AI assistant that answers follow-up questions about your maps and your family's.
BaZi and astrology are traditional systems. Numerology is a modern one. All three are reflective practices and are not scientifically validated. HiMi always says which method a statement comes from.
HiMi does not replace a doctor, psychologist, lawyer or financial adviser. It does not pick auspicious dates, suggest name changes for luck, or tell anyone whether to marry or separate.
2. Who can use HiMi
- You can view a map without an account.
- You must be 16 or over to create an account.
- Only a parent or legal guardian can create a profile for a child under 16.
- Partner and marriage readings are available only to account holders aged 18 or over.
3. Your account
- You sign in with Google or email. Keeping your email account secure is up to you.
- One person, one account. Don't use someone else's.
- Enter information that is true to the best of your knowledge. A map is only as accurate as the birth details behind it.
- You can delete your account at any time under Account.
4. Family profiles
You may create a profile for someone else only if:
- they are 16 or over and have agreed; or
- you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 16, and a child aged 7 or over knows and agrees.
Getting that agreement is your responsibility. Don't use HiMi to look into, monitor or pressure anyone who doesn't know or hasn't agreed.
5. Ask Mi and AI-generated content
- Mi's answers are generated by AI from your maps and HiMi's knowledge base. They can be wrong, incomplete, or miss the point of your question.
- Mi is direct about strengths and hard stretches alike. The aim is to help you prepare and grow, not to pass judgement.
- Don't rely on Mi alone for decisions about health, money, legal matters, marriage or parenting.
- Don't use Ask Mi to create unlawful or abusive content, or to try to push Mi past its safety limits.
6. Free and HiMi Plus
- The BaZi, numerology and astrology readings are free and complete. HiMi never puts the calculations behind a paywall.
- The Free plan includes 3 Ask Mi questions a month.
- HiMi Plus includes 50 Ask Mi questions a month. For now Plus is offered as a free trial, with no charge.
- If HiMi starts charging, prices and payment terms will be shown clearly before you buy. Nobody is charged without agreeing first.
- Limits may change. Changes are announced on HiMi in advance.
7. What you must not do
- Use HiMi in breach of the law of Vietnam or where you live.
- Create a profile for someone without permission.
- Access HiMi without authorisation, probe or attack it, or overload it.
- Use automated tools to collect HiMi's data or content in bulk.
- Get around Ask Mi limits, for example with multiple accounts.
- Copy or resell HiMi's readings, lessons, logo or images of Mi without permission.
HiMi may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules and will explain why where it can.
8. Ownership
- The data you enter is yours. You let HiMi process it only to provide the service, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
- The HiMi name, logo, the character Mi, the interface, readings and lessons belong to HiMi's owner.
- You may share your own map for personal use, with credit to HiMi.
9. Limits of responsibility
- HiMi is provided as it is. HiMi works hard to calculate correctly and tests carefully, but can't promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
- Your choices after reading HiMi are yours, and so is the responsibility for them.
- To the extent the law allows, HiMi is not liable for indirect losses from relying on its content.
- Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
10. Pauses and closure
- HiMi may pause for maintenance and will show a maintenance notice while it does.
- If HiMi shuts down for good, it will give at least 30 days' notice.
- You can stop using HiMi and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, HiMi updates the date and version at the top. Important changes are announced in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using HiMi and delete your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. In a dispute, both sides will first try to settle it by talking. If that fails, it goes to a competent court in Vietnam.
